News » Completing Bio Form Via the Reunion Web Site
A couple of folks have indicated that they were having difficulty submitting the bio form via the reunion web site. This form requires at least Internet Explorer 7 to use. Other browsers (e.g. Firefox) are compatible. Once you complete the form and submit, you will receive a message on the web site that it was received. If you do not see that message, then you should assume that your form did not go through. In addition, an informal e-mail confirmation of receipt will be sent to you. Please make sure your e-mail address is included on the form and allow a day or two for the e-mail to arrive.
All those from whom we've received electronic forms, thus far, have been sent e-mail confirmations. If you sent your bio form through the web site and did not receive a confirmation, please let us know either through the Contact tab on the web site or through the reunion e-mail address DHS1960reunion@hotmail.com. We want to make sure that everyone is included in the bio booklet. Thanks for your patience with this process.
